I always wanted this set. But in my eyes that sliding platform was over engineered. I mean that platform can go over 2 or even 3 tracks loll .still cool though

Lego12vFan That is why mine had 2 copyright dates! They used to keep more sets in the stores longer. I remember the 4.5v train 7722 being in stores forever it seemed. I couldn't afford it back then

BrickTsar Yeah, This is one of the longest set that was in stores, 4 years (sorry), the other ones (7745-7735) were 5 years in store, a shame, they never made more trains in like the end of the 12v line.
