ChrisRidge Too Long, Didn't Read at the bottom. Sorry for the Novel I wrote. It is possible to miss him. I only found him on my second run through. He is on Korriban, in the cave system. Well, technically it *isn't* him, but rather a Force vision, but he does have one red and one purple Lightsaber. It is kind of easy to miss because Kreia says to wait till you are down in the Sith Academy to venture inside, but when you do finish the academy you are running away from Darth Sion, so you might GTFO. I believe the reason for the two sabers in KOTOR 2 has to do with Cannon Revan, or rather Original Cannon or EU Revan. Once he turned back to the light side he wasn't a Jedi-super fan. He fell in love, got married, fathered a child, and, most importantly, didn't follow the Jedi Cod to a T. Thus the Purple lightsaber. Originally, Mace Windu's purple saber was Samuel L Jackson's request to be able to find himself in all the battles in Episode 2 and 3. This was then put into the Lore when KOTOR added meanings to the color of sabers. I don't think it is stated in KOTOR 1 or 2, and I am honestly not sure where I heard it from, but the Purple Lightsaber indicates that, while the user may be Dark Side or Light Side in affiliation, they use both sides of the force equally. It is more common to see Dark Jedi using them, however. Thus, the Red lightsaber indicates his time as a Sith Lord, and the Purple indicates his redeemed era. TL;DR Revan easy to miss in KOTOR 2, Purple means redeemed Revan used both sides of the force.
