The whole non-western world is praying for the success of the meeting. It is good that Prime Minister Modi of India is attending the meeting despite the fact he was under pressure by the West not to attend. This by itself is a great achievement for BRICS. Humanity in the Global South is looking for more membership in the Organization and for more concrete actions by the Group. BRICS is hoped to be a shelter for the Global South against neocolonialism and dollar domination by IMF, World Bank and the likes. BRICS will change the whole International order.
