What blows my mind is that Bitcoin is a digital currency somewhere in the ether/cyberspace and valued at $68K- yet gold, a tangible physical asset which has held value for centuries is not even 5% value of Bitcoin, something is messed up. Silver is an anomoly as it has not only monetary value but also industrial value is also mid boggling how they hold that value down, but I understand why they supress that price with all the paper the CRIMEX and LME/BS and big banks naked short positions.

Seems simple...let the brics countries manage their own currency just like they currently do.(they could implement gold holding rules or whatever) and then they just use an AMM or centralized exchange to convert their currancy to crypto of choice and then back to the other countries currency. No need to make a new central currency

I like Klaus, he said brics will adopt btc. The problem is the transaction time and cost between countries, and there will be a ton of transaction across borders. Is xrp the answer to this, who knows. Gold still inflating at 2% per year, till infinity. Bitcoin is the only finite asset/true measure of value. You can’t build a house with a slinky as a tape measure, which is what fiat is. XRP being able to “reach out and grab someone” isn’t a desirable feature for sovereign nations unfortunately for Ripple and the folks championing it.

Jealous folks, some of the BRICS nation have 5000 years of recorded history and before Colonialism those nations were richest nations for 2000 yrs. Your nations were living in Stone Age then. West will have to learn to do real economics now. Rest of the world is not going to sponsor your spending any more now. Dollar was riding as single world reserve currency because of conflict created by west- India/Pakistan, Iran/ Israel, China/ TWN, NKorea/ SKorea etc. All these conflict zones are reversing now and so will Dollar.
