Congrats! I’m dentist too (Endo) and I totally get what you mean by rings getting in the way. I have a couple of engagement rings from my husband and one of them is same design as yours. I don’t wear them at work any more as they just get in the way and especially in the last two years due to COVID. Recently I got a pink diamond eternity band made and I’m getting it next week and hopefully I’ll be able to wear it and enjoy it at work too!

I am writing a novel and it was my boot up the bum to self to get working. So I am using it to take notes on my research. There is always lots of that.
