This Zim brother has spoken & comforted his companion. Which church is this? Only concern of mine is simple and not an issue but need 2 b looked at. Well!, The persons who performs the marriage should be legally relevant so l guess there is nothing to stop a friend of family member performing the marriage provided they have legal requirements to be marriage officers. However since marriage is initiated by God, the view of marriage holds that the man and woman (Adam and Eve) are (were) joined in marriage by God, and the pastor ‘represents’ God in joining the couple in holy matrimony
