For those who has seen the series before in this episode it is confirmed that Surreya is expecting a girl but later episodes with Faruk's aunt Surreya tells her it was a boy doesnt make sense

It's an issue of the translation. The Turkish language is very nuanced and I guess you could say that their language is more "politically correct" because 'O' can mean male or female. There are some male and female descriptors in the language but if they only use 'O' to describe, it can be confusing. The baby Sureyya lost was indeed a baby girl.
