I will say some people get their boobs done for medical reason or to feel comfortable in their own skin but I can’t help but feel like a piece of meat as a person with natural D/DD breasts and they get bigger when I gain weight and it’s been hard losing weight in that area, it’s one of my insecurities cause I wish they weren’t there.

A natural DD 36 here, 5"3 110 lbs, my physician put me on a breast reduction surgery list at 16 knowing the pain I would suffer and the welts the giant bras gave me. Got my reduction about 10 years later, best decision I made. The second I awoke from surgery I could feel the difference. 4 lbs of boobs gone! I am a happy and comfortable 34 B. And No sagging, I am in my 40s.

Was a 34b before i got pregnant, the went upto a 38e during pregnancy. Now many years later they have settled to a 36 dd. Yes back pain is real, and always sizing up with tops to cover chest. 5ft 2 , 125lbs.

Also the fact that he proposed the morning of her surgery if a major red flag. As someone with natural DDs I'd much rather have smaller than to deal with all the problems that come with a large bust. Can't find proper fitting clothes, back pain, the stares and so much more just not worth it ladies. "If a guy wants you for your breasts, thighs and legs send him to KFC. Agree I am 36/38 DDD and it’s one of the biggest problems I have. It not only effects the clothes I buy ( everything that fits the rest of the body doesn’t fit my boobs like ever everything I wear is way to big for me or knit which I don’t like that much) plus it makes my back hurt shoulders and bc of my period the boobs don’t stop hurting When I going somewhere everyone mostly likes talking or touching my boobs and they always arrive much earlier to events than the rest of my body lol Tbh Saving money to get a breast REMOVAL not reduction

I can only imagine the discomfort and as a physically active person I'd never in a million years change the A cup I thankfully have. As a former wedding dance instructor: same re this. To begin with, it takes a minimum of 5-6 hrs. of private lessons to get even the most basic/simplistic outline of choreography; (NOT jammed into daily lessons), and triple to quadruple that amount of time (or more!) for non-dancers to really develop and master a simple routine. Also, most couples have busy schedules and couldn't come every week, so this spread out the time even further - as well as most couples being jammed during the last couple of pre-wedding weeks. So-o-o many couples contacted me way too close to the wedding date - and this also didn't allow for MY schedule needing to find openings to accommodate them, which was often difficult. And then they complained that they couldn't accomplish what they wanted (as well as many complaining about the cost b/c they failed to factor that into their overall budget - even though they were spending tens of thousands of dollars & this was a fraction of that).

Many couples agree to get married, will go as far as ring shopping and such. My understanding is that they knew they were going to get married, and were just waiting for the right time to get engaged. I find this similar to how some people want to finish their degree first, or have a certain job or income level, or maybe a house. Different strokes for different folks. Sounds like it was an insecurity of her, with the only way to fix it was surgery. With how pregnancy changes some women forever, I’m surprised she didn’t fake breasts with aides for the wedding and wait to see what changes pregnancy brought her. After 4 kids and starting out as a natural 32D, I was the largest with my first child at 32FF, and now on my smaller side with a 32C. Everyone gains and loses weight differently, and some gain and lose weight differently for each pregnancy. Knowing that she’s had three kids, I wonder if she’s still as happy about her decision.

I thought I was going to get them for my 40th birthday, and then I realized that I really just didn’t want them. I was so comfortable with the breast that I have, my husband loves them, and always has, been married 17 years, and they definitely don’t sag and I’ve had four children. I only ever wanted them to be more firm & equal, for the sole purpose of better bra fit - I never cared about the size. I would have been happy to reduce the larger one rather than enlarge the smaller one. For many years, I've worn sports bras only. Problem solved.

I am a bride who is 4'10 and weight about 141 pounds with natural Double D's... I had the exact problem finding the dress. Boobs are not the problem. It is finding the dress. I don't mind showing a bit but my mom says it will be out of the way. I will soon do my alterations and I might ask if they can add a short coverage on the heart shape dress but if not I'm walking down that aisle regardless. . I love the way it looks though! but It is difficult.

I have ginormous breasts & I had a breast reduction from E down to C, I wanted B, but my plastic surgeon said they wouldn’t look right. I was a G cup with my 1st pregnancy. I had wanted a reduction since I was 15;& saw a Plastic Surgeon when I was 17, but he and my mom scared me out of it. After my 1st baby was born I got the reduction and it was great for a little over a year, until I became pregnant with baby 2 & my breasts grew back to G cup. I told my plastic surgeon I wanted to be able to breastfeed, but I couldn’t, believe me, I tried everything my lactation coach recommended, electric double breast pump 6-8 times a day, and much much more, but no milk, I couldn’t breastfeed my 1st because my breasts smothered him. Big boobs are such a pain and they never went back to a C cup, they are DD.
