What do you mean by, "curtain in bridge?" Do you mean something like a curtain across a window? A shower curtain? Is the curtain across the bridge? Because, if you're sitting on the bridge in the dream, you aren't moving forward to complete the decision you've made. Or, the bridge in your dream could be about your relationship with your mother, since she's sitting with you on the bridge. Do you feel as if you're mother is keeping you standing still instead of moving forward? Do you have an obligation toward her? What was happening the day before you have the dream? Something with your mother?

If you didn't have anything significant happening with your mother, then, her presence in the dream likely has to do with what she symbolizes to you. For most people that would be nurturing and help. If so, if it were my dream, I'd feel as if I was receiving inner nurturing and help with something I wanted to do.

I had a dream. I was crossing on a hanging bridge with a man in a white robe. I couldn't see his face 'cause everything is bright. Even the surroundings are bright. All I see is the bridge leading to a mysterious direction. The man directly said to me, "are you still hungry?" I replied, "No." And immediately hugged him. I had a dream yesterday of where I was walking on a bridge walk way, but for some reason the walk way had big slatted gaps in it. then I slipped and dangled from this bridge. It was terrifying. You know what? If it was my dream, it would mean to me that I was "dangling," as in, "taking my time and procrastinating," about making a decision about something (crossing a bridge). I had to spend some time letting my subconscious ponder your dream before I replied, because at first, I could feel your anxiety about the void luring you, and it was making me feel afraid for you. You are right about something there, I'm not gonna relay my life here lol but I'm 30 now and kinda feel trapped in society and feeling like I'm standing still, I'm guessing the bridge falling represents me wanting to get from one destination to another I don't know, in regards to spiritually, I do believe forces exist but I feel its way to complex for me to ever understand, I am what you would call a loner 😅 and spent most of life trying to escape just existing as another body to wanting to be apart of something beyond our understanding, sorry for rambling on lol, I just find it all fascinating. @@dannysheffield2592 Could it be that when you say to yourself to go to sleep and not wake up that you're on the brink of going lucid? By lucid I mean coming awake in your dream without waking up from sleep. If so, if it happens again, and if it resonates with you, you might want to "wake up" while dreaming and ask why the bridge broke. Or decide to make it across the bridge in your dream. Or ask for a helper. (some suggestions) I'm no expert on becoming lucid while dreaming, but I've had a few experiences of it. You might want to do some research on it. For some people, it's really helpful. I don't resonate with becoming lucid. Instead, I like to interpret my dreams and then act on the messages in my dreams.

When i say that, I'm being slightly morbid forgive me, I just mentioned because that would be one of the ways someone would pass in their sleep, for instance I've had dreams where I can smell something that would in real life make someone's stomach turn aways and also dreams of being stabbed and waking up to physically feeling my heart pounding out of my chest, I just stumbled on some of your videos and it caught my interest the way you explain things and have a unique view on things, my problem is learning new information is quite difficult as it takes a while to get in and doesn't stay for very long, I whish to expand further into the mind but maybe il leave that up to my therapist to clear some space lol

Hi, I just wanted to describe my dream if that's ok. I was on a bridge, the bridge was covering a lake and all of a sudden I look to the left and there was a movement that was coming from under the ground heading towards the bridge. Once it got to the bridge, the bridge moved down a little bit from his original height. I need your help to interpret this dream, its not blurry and its a very clear dream. I dreamed of an abandoned bridge,old and almost ready to fall apart.. i crossed that bridge and theres too many obstacles, there are some parts that is almost falling and in my dream i have the courage to step on those parts even though i fear that i might fall along with it. Hi Bill, to me, your dream is a great example that water in a dream often represents emotion. That said, let's get it clear that this is your dream and not mine. As a result, I can only guess at what's going on with you in your waking life. But, my guess would be that your feelings overwhelm you when you set out to accomplish something important to you. It's personal and could be a relationship, education, work, travel--something important to you. How to solve it? If it was me, I'd either talk with someone I felt safe with about my feelings or writing things down, which some people call "journaling." It's amazing the insights you can get from writing down your feelings, such as, "I'm so afraid that..." or "I hate it when...", in other words write your feelings. It's worked for me. Eventually, and it might take days of writing down your feelings, you'll get to what's holding you back from what you want. Then, you have to take some steps toward doing what you learned. At some point, your dreams will likely change. They may even begin to give you new clues to what you need to do.
