Jad, about the deal 006 if the Dummy made the 4 S anouncement, shouldn t I be de Dummy and the Dummy declarer? I am confused

Hi Bogdan. Declarer is the first of your Partnership to bid the strain of the final contract. Your bid of 2S was the first Spade bid by your partnership. So, with a 4S Contract, you will be declarer and Partner will be Dummy. It doesn’t matter which of you made the 4S bid, you will always be declarer after bidding Spades first. The best way to think about it is that you showed a Spade suit, Partner only supported it.

Jad, why some ACOL teachers teaching 1 NT opening with 12 to 19 HCP . Also i see they teaching overcals with 1 good suit (5+ cards and atleast 2 of the top 4 honours) with atleast 12 PO , you’ve spoken to us yet only about weak overcalls ( 6+ long card suit) .Wich is the minimum PO number you advice us to inteviene?

Hi Bogdan. ACOL is a completely different system from Standard. It is used widely in the UK. You should ignore everything about it as it is not at all compatible with what I am teaching you.
