At 9 minutes I used a three jaw puller while making a 1/4 plate to fit over the pulley. You press the against that plate. My house pressed off the bearing then I repeated the same process for the bearing removal off the pulley. Thx you for your videos very helpful.

If you need a new pulley, Speed Selector makes variable speed pulleys that replace the Reeves, Hi-Lo, TB Woods and Lovejoy pulleys that went out of business or got bought. Most of the pulleys are in stock or Speed Selector will custom make if needed. They have an actual engineering department who were very helpful.

use 2 jaw puller for last bearing just put a cap on it to screw down draw bar on.

Thanks for all your vids. My j head needs a little tlc. How about a heat gun in your last part of the vid. Heat that aluminum housing instead of hammering on the bearing housing. It might come out easier with just a couple of wacks.
