I read all the books years ago and, truthfully, had completely forgotten the series existed until the Netflix series came out. I started re-reading the books in the past year and they aren't as good as I remember 🤪 but I am enjoying the Netflix series. The Duke was so handsome...I was sorry that he didn't return for any parts in season 2.

I absolutely loved your video! I made mock clotted cream that was super easy using 3 oz of softened cream cheese, 3 TBSP sugar, a pinch of salt & 1 cup of whipping cream. You cream the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl. Then slowly add in the whipping cream & whip until stiff peaks form. Just keep it chilled until serving. I found the recipe on Pinterest & it was wonderful! I hope you enjoyed your birthday.
