Guys, Colin is supposed to feel off behaving like that because he's pretending to be something he is not. That's literally the whole point and why Eloise and Pen ( using LW) questioned his 'new personality'. Remember people, specially Anthony and the society mocking him for being naive and soft, sensitive? Anthony telling him that he should have taken Colin to more Brothels so that he could be more ''a man' and less a naive boy? And last episode Anthony praising him having finally a lot of women around him and the other men in society? Only with Pen he behaves as his real self and is sweet, cares...

Almost like his behaviour is fake, which is called out by both LW and his sister. Almost like he was the nice guy and got hurt for it and then decided to be more like his brothers, who yall adore. This blind dislike for Colin, without even attempting to understand his character and choices, feels weird.

Cressida actually didn't tell anyone, she said she didn't know of any juicy gossip and left the group of girls so she was telling the truth when saying that Miss Livingston was hovering close by as Eloise was talking about Pen and Colin

Lol it didnt even show Cresseda telling anyone...in that scene she walked away instead yes? I'm confused as to when they saw that occur...maybe I missed it. Cause it clearly wasn't her

Try watching it with audio description on. It's in audio settings. It's like listening to audio book while watching show because Colin narate scenes

Why are you so putout by his behavior? xD Literally EVERY man in that era was, excuse my language, whoring around and it was called collecting experience. Is it gross? YES! But I don't think with Colin he was doing the same. Is it a crime for him to have sex? I don't think so. Of course the brothel scene was very in your face and could've been skipped entirely and we could've just found out through his writing what he experienced. But I think the show wanted to make a point that he is trying to be someone he isn't.

I think to your point it was a little on our faces, and didn’t seem to match the Colin character from previous seasons. We do love a redemption arc.
