Mike Schram, of Kiewit Infrastructure West, explains how the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Bridge's permanent cable strands are fed and installed into saddles located on the tower's pylons. Learn how the permanent cable strands are then prepared for stressing in the final part of this series.

Extradosed bridges are NOT REAL cable stayed bridges. Instead they are nothing but TOY "bridges".
