I am so sorry for you, the canal community, the wildlife and the absolute catastrophe that this is. 🙏 I saw the first footage as it was happening without knowing a thing about canals but the impact this is, and will continue to be, is dire. With the collapse of our roads; the poor railway networks, the lack of maintenance and evolution in this countrys' transport, canal, ditch and drainage systems, we're done. Britain is broken and the long term corruption that has brought us to such a state is to blame. Meanwhile, us the Actors on the stage of being Great are helpless as the scenery falls around us, still spouting the lines we've learned and paying the fines the cameras tell us we've earned.
