Great album, great listening, glad to see pops was as entertained by this album as i was when i first heard this. Couple of facts about this album, Drake got in trouble for his verse because he basically ripped off 90's Bay Area rapper Rappin' 4-tay "Playaz Club". Also for the production, YG and Mustard were raised on Death Row records, a lot of these songs sampled Dogg Food by the Dogg Pound, and lots of other 90's Death Row and other 90's West Coast records. All the more reason to start going through those 90's West Coast albums DJ Quik Safe n Sound, Rhythmalism, Dogg Food, etc. Last one, DJ Quik was involved at some level in the mixing of this album which is why it really sounds so crisp.
