Everybody appreciate but i have booked here and i came to know this builder fraud like others. Upto booking sales person will give his mobile no to contact anytime and he will keep on beg u until u book. After booking they will forward to CRM for all our enquiries. But CRM will not give his mobile no and say us you should call brigade customer care no and they will connect to CRM. If we call customer care no we have to wait to speak with CRM and sometimes they'll hold the call and doesn't connect to CRM and we have to keep on waiting on call. And sometimes they say CRM has gone out. This customer care no works only during 10 to 5 and it has lunch time 1hr in between and Sundays, holidays this no will not work. If we need to speak any urgent clarification we have to wait. We are paying lot of money and they doesn't give mobile no to contact CRM. They simply say this is our company policy. I have seen no other builders like this. My question is before booking you are giving mobile no to contact anytime and why not after booking? They are making us fools. Anyone booked here? Lets get introduced here.

Myself also got disappointed much more on booking they r showing good model house but while handling over it not same as they showed before more more disappointed

There was no water stagnation anywhere inside the brigade premises nor in the approaching roads. The drain system was well designed bro.

I own and live in 1000 sqft 3 bed end of terrace house in London Suburb.. Our Indian houses are really big. 1364 sqft in UK is generally considered. a very big house and most of the houses cost between 4 to 5.5 cr as starting price for new build(without balcony!!). Indians coming to UK get shock of their life when seeing the living space here.I forgot to mention that 'attached bathroom' is termed as 'en suite' here and you pay a premium amount for getting that kind of house. Worst part is they don't even use brick and mortar for construction as its mainly wood!

Yes I totally agree your points. Here in INDIA too some premium builders build such houses in wood and claim higher price tag because of foreign mode of construction. I would say go with a APARTMENT which is constructed using BRICKS if budget is a constraint for you! Or else you can go with wide variety of choice but ensure you make your decision with a right builder
