How old is this video..? Was it already on YT in 2008? It looks like one of the videos I always watched in the morning when I was in 11th grade and struggled with my practicle training in an old people's home... I was so scared to go there (not because of the old people but my scary and unfair boss), so I always got up an hour before I actually had to get ready only to watch a bunch of selected Bright Eyes videos (including this one, I think) and after that I felt more like I could manage to get through this day. So, thanks for uploading this again! =) And thanks to Conor for helping me get through school ;)

Lauren Anderson not only has he grown up but probably this vocal style fried him out. Listen to the newer Desaparecidos record and your can see he can’t sing the same. His lyrics are still so great. Just his delivery has altered. I think napalm and overdue off of salutations are still very damn good tries at songs like this. Just gotta appreciate your artists growing and developing.
