All I can say is Jenn MUST be getting TONS of new jewelry! Love this stitch....been doing it for 100 years....! Well, NOT that long.....lol. And I think that color should be called 'Aqua Opaque Alabaster Inside of Shell Silver lined Grey Blue on Top of Blue'! lol. And Emma you ALWAYS AH-MAZE ME with your incredible clasps you seem to always find!! I have been a beader for OVER 53 years and an istructor for over 35 years and never seen these STUNNERS you use! @@RMCToo 😂 You crack me up with the new name for beads. You I have a thing with bead names. Early on when doing unboxing I used to rename colours. One time I name a unique colour before seeing the name and I had guessed it correctly. You know why I find unique clasps? I don't play games on my tablet but I do search AliExpress for the most unique components. Emma, I have always avoided chenille stitch because the tutorials I have watched seem to confuse me. Your video is very clear and concise and I know that I could attempt this stitch now without fear, thanks to you!!!! Looks gorgeous! Thank you for your knowledge! I haven't tried the chenille stitch yet, but always guessed it was a variation of the Pondo stitch, but it's really not. I really like the flexibility of this stitch in the finished project. I will give it a go with a larger bead to start with. Thanks again ❤

I did some pondo because I thought the same but I was a bit slower and wanted to come up with some pattern variations. Flat chenille is so much faster. Thank you for your input. Happy beading 🤓

I have Never liked orange! But.... for some strange reason I fell in love with orange this year! I was born in 59 (you do the math) so it was in my teens since I've really even seen anyone wearing it. But I've really started liking the burnt oranges. You've got me liking pink again. I just finished your other flat chenille tutorial but it was made with round 8/0 and 11:0, and I also followed the tutorial for the beaded toggle clasp. It was my first flat chenille and I was asking chat gbt and she discouraged me from using delicas for this design. I don’t know why she discourages this look, and it’s uncommon to find this done with delicas. Strangely I like it a lot more than I thought I would. I’m so over using delicas only for herringbone, peyote, and brick stitch. It’s so overrated. I like that your not afraid to try new things
