I personally feel the Arsene's reign has reached its zenith and a change is necessary for the good of an true British institution. If he were to 'fall' on his sword now and perhaps let Steve Bold take charge of the team until the end of the season, it would give Arsenal not just time to find the correct replacement but would also give him the time necessary to clear out and build for next season.
