Theories posited ~14:00 are utterly ridiculous. Stating that we're not aware of any other civilizations because we live in a sparsely-populated void BETWEEN GALAXIES, is like complaining that you're not catching fish in this pond because of the distances between ponds. Utterly crazy. We have more than enough star systems and exoplanets in this 'pond', that if anyone could and cared to meet us, they would do so.

Maybe some stargate .I was watching a physicist explaining that if we could travel at light speed. The ship would disintegrate because of light particles hitting the craft before it traveled halfway through our Galaxy.

Ecsctly. There isbillions of galaxies in our void alone. Our galaxy alone would take 100 thousands of years to explore.

1. The universe began EXPANDING the second matter began to form. Displacement of the cosmological constant, is no different than RINGING OUT WATER. The fact is, regions that produce GRAVITY, can be compared to a FISH TANK having solid rocks inside it's volume, meaning that, a LAKE full of leaves, or plants, fish, and seeweed, will raise the volume of a particular region of space. 2. REGIONS OF SPACE FLOW not the matter itself. Hard to comprehend, but essentially, when we do see GRAVITY, and we know these are MOVING/FALLING OBJECTS, we see a flash frame of light, from the past, and we TEST IT, but knowing those speeds, knowing that even our local motions, are superceded by a larger velocity in our milky ways black hole Sagittarius a* STAR. So then, the moon fall into the earth, an astronaut flowing in, or an asteroid, will be CURVED, and that got me thinking, because of TIME DILATION, we experience time slower, being that we're nesr to a DENSE MASS under atmospheric pressure, and therfore those flash frames from the past, we see with telescopes are stretched out (RED SHIFTED) from our expansion, but only the regions outside of galaxies are expanding. Intergalactic space is growing, from what i know. 3. CURVATURE and COLLAPSE. When you slow down time, by piercing a fluid, with a black hole like ours, time stopped inside the core, that motion, that displacement, is what blows out everything around the mass, but then as it curves fluids, gas, dust, and matter/energy, it acts like rocks in a fire directing flow, as soon as a fluid picks up speed from a sudden arc, shortcut, it now falls directly into the denser objects collapse. With speeds like 1.3 million MPH, you're talking about a lot of SPLASH EFFECT. That black hole is blasting through that gas, way back in time, like 25,000 light years ago, that gas became curved, from being BLASTED OUT FIRST. Now, everything falls according to DENSITY/BUOYANCY. 💯😁So gravity means SPACE GOT PUSHED OUT, and now its falling.

Dont worry, folks. The Milky Way is moving towards the Great Attractor at a velocity of 1000/Kms, along with all the other galaxies in our Local Group of about 80 galaxies. And, in turn, we are part of the even larger Laniakea Supercluster, which is home to about 100,000 galaxies. Even if our species existed for a billion years, and we achieved FTL travel, it would take us a hundred billion years to explore and populate the countless trillions of stars and planets in our little pocket of the universe. Rest assured, humans already have a full _to-do-list_ of stuff for the next million generations to come.

The picture of the void is misleading at least. This void has star density that's 80% of the rest of the universe. I don't think the so-called void has much effect in cosmology.

If so there is a huge chance there isn’t much life out there. All those stars packed in would make cosmic collisions a huge barrier for life out there to overcome. But I’m just spitballing ideas hopefully it’s teeming with life

I'm glad you're hopeful about the possibility of abundant life. Our mid sized Milky Way galaxy alone contains 100-400 billion stars, each with potentially billions of planets. In addition, scientists estimate there are between 2 billion and 2 trillion galaxies in the universe, greatly increasing the chances of life elsewhere.

Is it not mind blowing when you consider in the book of Isaiah In the Bible Isaiah prophesied that the heavens would recede away from us and in 1929 Edwin Hubble up on mt.hook observatory in California notice while looking through at the time the largest telescope yet to date that as he looked farther and farther out the faster and faster the galaxies appeared to be moving away from us.

The math ain't mathing. 👨🏿‍🎓👨🏿‍🎓👨🏿‍🎓👨🏿‍🎓🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 Maybe our selfishness extends beyond ourselves. It drives even galaxies away. Or maybe we were able to determine that their were more resources in that empty space, move there and seal it off so no one else (planets, galaxies, cosmic body) can enter unless we allow them. That's would be indicative of our nature. Or maby the emptiness is a reflection of who we are... empty. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
