I would at night would heat up water, pour into a mug. Then add some pomegranate juice on top. You could make 4 or 5 class from that one glass of orange. It would be 100% better for your body. Distilled water is best. You can keep your body in tune daily.

This is incorrect. The calayza is simply what keeps the yolk suspended in the middle of the egg. It is made of the exact same stuff as the egg white with less fluid so it’s more concentrated. Its serves no nutritional purpose for the chick as an umbilical cord and placenta do for mammals.
