Yes, we can be sure that some of the mosquitos will bite, since they're so many. However, we can't be sure that the spider will attack. Also, it's one small spider. Considering the options, I would totally risk it, pick the spider and try to stomp it to death. There you actually stand a chance (and if you fail it's a quick death)

For question 1, I'd go with the spider instead. There are many mosquitos, but only one spider, so if we assume they bite randomly, you're much more likely to get bitten if you go with the mosquitoes. Mosquitoes would bite you without provocation because they want blood, whereas the spider would only bite if it felt threatened.

1 is very wrong. Boiling water = guaranteed death. 2 you will probably die. The mosquitoes will bite you dude, they never leave people alone. The 3rd with one small spider. Like the spider won't attack you unless you bug it, and it would be pretty dam hard to accidentally bug it in an open elevator; bonus being you can squish it and have 0 threat if it happens to be on the floor.
