As someone who has worked in hotels for 30 years, I've got to say some of these things would be very hard to do. A lot of people I would not trust with a rent a pet or even the robot. Unless it was a high end hotel most people would complain about the extra cost for all these services. I may just be jaded, I've seen too much...ha!

I went to hotels with complimentary water and keycard elevators and irons etc. and I agree that more hotels should do that. Also, my grandparents went to a hospital with robo service and it was blocking the elevator so everyone had to wait for it to get off first. Lol.

There's sleeping apps that give you a fan sound. Nature sounds Rain, thunder,. Crickets, frogs,different common sounds. There's all kinds of different apps out there .

Almost every hotel provides a ironing board or steamer upon reply. The reason why they're not supplied with the room is because of fire safety. A lot of hotels have also an ironing room with increased fire safety measurements where the guests can iron their clothes.

Ground level should have coin operated washer and drier, a tiny grocery store (like mini Tesco, 7-11) and a foreign exchange booth. By the pool should have a vending machine to buy juices, rubber flip flops and goggles.

I went to a hotel and we were about to leave and we bring like every stuff that they gave us (like al the time) and they said you need to pay 155€ so we brought everything back and in total we only drink 3 or 4 and it was €55

All the Hotels in Kerala have dental tools ( 2 toothbrushes and small travel toothpaste). And in all the Hotels for some reason there is a comb and a scissor. And we can also take the comb, the toothbrushes, the comb and maybe the scissors too ( I'm not so sure about the scissors )

I have been in the hotel business for 45 years I have been in the hotel field for over 45 years I have found out anything that small in the room is more than likely stolen. Most gas perceive as soon as they walk in the front door anything they can taste touch or smell is of course complementary so if you put small items in the room to help them during their stay they just assume that they’re part of the room rate and throw them in the computer bag. I would more prefer that right side put on their website hear a button when you click that you like the video all of a sudden $100 bill pops out the side that would be nice and productive. It’s easy to spend other peoples money. We try to provide the best I would help the most people unfortunately it might be hard to believe but when the guest is alone in the room they do strange things that they choose to deny later or they find something to complain about at the hotel so that the things they have eaten or stolen from the room are they not charge to them or the charges taken off their bill. During this time hotels are trying to survive supplying a bunch of amenities seems nice but just not feasible at this point you’re correct the most important thing is a clean safe room.

You could just damage it like that 🚿. You will not do any better with a broken hairdryer. I do not take mine because I do not have one 😐. But still, you forgot to mention pools. It’s been many, many years since I last stayed in a hotel room. Plus I tend to be a bit of a germaphobe. So I tend to be very leery about staying in hotel rooms. I have seen the show Hotel Impossible. And seeing the conditions that hotels can be in. Is the main reason why I won’t stay in one anymore. This also includes motels as well.

And we can chose what bed type we want with a pillow type too and global outlets and free internet and wifi and they all have key cards for elevators and voice control tv and blinds. And a gym,library and a big swimming room. An tooth paste and mouth wash
