You'd be surprised at some of the everyday things that are banned in different parts of the world! For example, chewing gum is a big no-no in Singapore because they want to keep their streets clean. In Milan, Italy, it’s actually illegal to frown in public unless you’re at a funeral or visiting someone in the hospital. Australia has some strict quarantine laws, so you can't bring in fresh fruits or vegetables. Even something as common as wearing high heels is banned at certain historical sites in Greece to protect the ancient monuments!
