It is called Thanjai Peruvudaiyar Temple , likely to have been the Tallest structure in the world at the time of its Architecture. *and has got nothing to do with Hinduism or Sanata Dharma.* As usual the Northerners here in comment section have spammed with their hateful divisive hindutva ideology and shamelessly pulled their usual play trying to steal our history. Friends, please visit kailasanathar temple dedicated to shiva in kanchipuram and that temple was the inspiration for raja raja cholan to construct much bigger temple in thanjavur to prove his supremacy. I went to kanchipuram last month and i was surprised with all the intricate carvings.
