Kulu next year must rotate and cover maddison rather than play out wide. Its not working for him there in this system. Bring in a nico williams style winger and we will get more from kulu in the center.

Biss was poor in my opinion, he made no attempt to block some crosses, one led to the goal. Bentancur absolutely needs to start in his place, same goes for brennan over kulu. He has proven that he is too slow to be a winger and only operates well when the game gets stretched

New to Tottenham. Ange brought me here. Let's be realistic; Johnson, Werner and Dragusin need to find their feet; all 3 have flaws, but this is not Man City, Arsenal or Liverpool; this team's ceiling is fourth until money is placed on the table. Until then, all 3 players need more time, and for good value $$$, Werner should get a summer and full season under Ange. I think with Cuti being vice captain, chances of him being dropped are slim, but yeah I would love to see a Dragusin - VDV back line too.

Kulu has one of the highest distance travelled per 90 in the prem and has played almost every minute of every game for us. Kulusevski is a very left footed player, hence his natural tendency to come more infield rather than staying wide on the right. If you want him to stay as a wide playing winger, then play him on the left where he can go wide and deliver crosses into the box.

OK ! We Won....Not gonna overhype a Win against 17th place Luton. We took the points is the main thing. Everyone was Solid except for : Maddison =( Poor / for him ) , Kulu = ( Too inconsistent ) , Bissouma = What on earth has happened to this Guy ? He's 27 so can't be inexperience. The first 10 games We Eulogised him. Now , he deserves the Bench. When Son scored the Winner , Bissouma Raced to Bang the ball into the empty net in Celebration. In all the time Bissouma's been at Spurs , I cant recall him Scoring a Goal...So , he don't score goals , he doesn't command the midfield anymore , his Baller Status is in jeopardy then.....There's only One Remedy for Underperforming......Bench !

Johnsons big uptick in form coincided with Werner arriving. Werner and Johnson have similar attributes and it looks like he is learning from Werner. Werner does a lot of good things and Johnson is starting to do many of them like take on his player and constantly run to that back post. Hopefully he doesn't learn his finishing.

Totally agree, Porro was left to cover 2 men both in dangerous positions. Papa Saar ran towards the ball instead of helping Porro deal with the 2 players in goal scoring positions. We had 5 against 3 initially, then Lutron managed to get 2 players up in support to create the overload in front of our right post. Maddison and Werner were left wanting in the way they jogged back instead of keeping up with the 2 Lutron players who burst a gut to join the attack.

Werner and Brennan should be on the wings. They have the speed and ability to get to the line to fire across the goal. Kulu only cuts inside on his left, it is becoming predictable, like Anthony's left inside cut shot on goal to the far post. Kulu should play in the midfield, where his running and physicality will be a good asset.

Totally disagree with you on Radu. He was very good overall. And blaming him for the first goal is way out of line - it was 33% on Sarr, who left the goal-scorer to go after the ball (which you totally missed in your discussion), and then 33% on Bis, who did not get back, and 33% on Udogie who did not get back. Dragusan was guarding his person, as was Romero. They did nothing wrong. You need to watch the whole play again. And Bis was simply not very good - what game were you watching. Better than Fulham is a really really low bar. He did not create a single good chance. Porro also did virtually nothing all game, and once again, his set pieces were worthless. I usually agree with your analysis, but you missed the boat on this game. Bis is not good enough, and has not been since he was suspended. And he also deserved a knock down for a yellow card for coming onto the pitch after we scored - we like the enthusiasm, but that should not happen. You did get Johnson correct, who was MOTM and was excellent. I thought Timo was very good as well.

Biss and Mads used to receive the ball and immediately turn and pass forward or drive forward, now they are just receiving it and looking to pass back again, really don't know what's happened to them, maybe Bentancur and Gio need to come in for a couple of games. But enough is enough KULU HAS TO BE DROPPED! Sick and tired of watching him do the exact same thing over and over and be stripped of the ball every single time, time for Johnson to have an extended starting run in the team.

Good win - it was all about getting the 3 points. Performance not essential, just the points at this stage of the season. Kulu was awful in the first half at Villa and awful against Luton - is it just ne or does he seem clumsy in the way that he keeps running into opponents?

Many people critized Madison for not being creative like in the first ten game. Madison was never really creative, the first ten games looked good because the opponents didnt pay much attention towards him. Every team is now battling to win and paying more attention to its opponents. Its harder to be creative on the pitch. He showed all his cards now, cant do no more.

Yeah Udogie I think can be world class, but his end product isn’t great and also while he’s good defending 1 on 1, a lot of the time he’s in no mans land and not going back into position after inverting.

There have been small changes in how we play but I trust Ange so I assume those are good changes and playing the ball slow sometimes gives us a better vhance of winning, but I get that it looks like a lack of urgency when we are not in front

Werner proved in this game that even at 15m he is not a good purchase for us. Cannot trust him to finish. I could see that as soon as he missed that early chance his confidence went and he did not contribute anywhere near enough. He is scared in the tackle, nice guy , great attributes but easy to see why it hasnt worked at a number of clubs for him now.
