4:44 It actually looks like you mixed the cow manure with dirt like maybe 50-50% is that right ? Did you heat the cow manure to kill weed seeds ? Your method of duck walking is the right one .

Hi I like your Pak choy very much as well as your garden. When I go buy Pak choy seeds there are many types of Pak choy seeds. Could you please tell me your seeds type so I buy same as yours. Mine is always flower never grow like yours.

Perhaps it is too hot when you are growing them thats why they flower

It looks like Green Shingkang. I think you should plant them in a cooler spot/not very intense sun. Also the cow manure is a big help, I am going to try it because mine are a bit skinny even with ammonium phosphate
