After listening to many genres and various instrumentations, I have to say that the organ is a different beast, full of possibilities: timbre, attack, dissonance, dynamics .... I've only been listening a few years, but the virtuoso organ has become a favorite instrument of mine. Thanks for the upload.

Wow! I had no idea Herr Rübsam was still active!!! He was recording back during my childhood! And these wonderful Vierne recordings are easily the equal of the great Pierre Labric recordings once available on Musical Heritage Society LPs.
