That time when MJ said ‘if you want to find PDFfiles, you just need to look down the street, but it ain’t me” He wasn’t lying. They smeared that man’s name, the took him out after he started talking too much publicly. RIP MJ, just know that justice is slowly but surely being served 🙏🏾

There is even more to the story. For years MJ had made it known that he didn't want two particular Sony individuals to get their hands on his catalogue. Then suddenly he "changed" his will two days before he died to include those two very individuals 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

I mean it's weird but things were also a lot less professional in the 80s and early 90s. A lot of people finagled their way into powerful positions in the industry just by knowing people. And if he worked for MJ, of course Diddy would want him on his team. Any artist would. That's a hell of a job reference

Wait until you read about Conrad Murray his book is disgusting and although he did work with Michael a couple of years before 09 he was ultimately hired by AEG the company Michael had all those issues with during his final tour and a lot of people who worked directly with Sony were brought back, his security was fired and they brought in that dude who ended up buying all that land for his son by the border and working for diddy, even though Michael stated to people and in writing that he didn’t want them around it’s soooo fucking fishy and weird that there isn’t a real docuseries on it & I think it’s so fucked that the doctor waited 45 mins to call 911 while he cleaned up his mess it only took the ambulance 4 mins to get there after the call I watched the trial for this case and it’s so heartbreaking they fucking called his kids into the room while he was dead on the ground just a crazy mess

7:00 What happened was Paul McCartney had the opportunity to buy back the Beatles catalog, but they offered it to him for $20 million. Paul McCartney had the bread, but thought it was too pricey and decided to try to go in on the catalog with the other surviving Beatles. While in negotiations with the other Beatles, McCartney had that conversation with MJ, to which MJ went to the seller and doubled the initial offering to $40 million and bought it flat out and right under Paul McCartney’s nose. Mike needed money because after the allegations radio stopped playing him, either out of orders or his ruined reputation. MJ’s debts started stacking up and so that’s why he decided to do the “This Is It” tour. He’d make all that money from that last series of concerts played at a single venue in England (so he wouldn’t have to worry about traveling stressors and expenses) and would’ve been the first the artist to do a theatrical run of his final performance, and would’ve negotiated everything in his favor. The tour was supposed to be his bail out, but I believe his body was really hurting from age and “justified” him abusing medical grade stuff. I always figured that MJ always had a painkiller addiction and at the time he died was moving into harder stuff like propofol. MJ figured that he’d be smart and enlist the help of a doctor, so he’d be “smart” about it.

That's not true, Paul didn't want to pay for it. He told micheal in hopes he would buy it and just give it to him. Bc micheal gave a lot of artists their publishing back. So the buy from under his nose micheal doubling the money is bs. Paul didn't want to pay for it, period. What you said is the equivalent of you wanting to buy a certain car. But you don't want to spend your money for it. You tell me about the car. I buy the car bc I'm willing to spend my money . That's not buying something from under somebody nose. Who had no intentions of buying it .

Also, MJ wasn't broke he didn't even spend his own money when traveling or buying anything . This is it was only to pay off his debt. He wasn't broke or hurting for money. If you look at his will and how much money his kids and mother got. He wasn't broke they didn't start paying off his debt until years later. The money made after his death from music , video games , sell of publishing etc. Went to pay off the debt. Their are many articles detaling this and the paul story you dont have to spice it up.

MJ owned half of Sony ATV. Sony tried to get back his half since he aquired it. He was in dealings in the late 90s to buy rights to Universal, which would include Marvel. And had plans to open theme parks, restaurants and other ventures themed on these. This would've made him one of the richest, most influential individuals in the world. When Sony realized he didn't want to sell it back and other powers that be saw he wanted to expand his empire they sabotaged his his Invincible album, the second round of child abuse cases followed. They attempted a character assassination of him and tried to run his money dry. He was found not guilty in court and the rumours didn't stick. The only thing left was to off him. They bought back the catalogue after his death for 750 million when it was valued at over 40 billion. Diddy's current head of security was assigned to MJ shortly before his death, same with Dr Conrad Murray.

Charla has most of the story correct. First, I hate the narrative that Mike bought the Beatles catalog. He didn’t. Mike bought a catalog THAT JUST SO HAPPENED to have the Beatles publishing. The main reason Mike bought ATV was to gift most of the black artist who got rotten deals their publishing like Little Richard. As far as the joint ventures. Mike didn’t sell in ‘95. He kept ownership of ATV but shared profits with Sony, just like they shared profits with him. So if ATV publishing made money, Mike and Sony would get paid and if Sony Publishing made money, Mike and Sony would get paid. THAT’S how Mike got one over on the music industry. He was a Genius businessman. And people didn’t like that. Mike wasn’t broke. That what they wanted you to believe. Any artist in the radio you heard, because of the publishing deal with Sony, he was making money off them.

99% of things Charlemagne says but hes 💯 on this. I don’t agree with but I’ve followed so much information and research on MJ his publishing, etc. Michael owned the Beetles AND half of Sony publishing, not including his own publishing and masters, and more. When you heard people’s music or they performed….MJ got paid. You heard Happy Birthday song…MJ owner that. He got paid. His kids net worth is about 3 billion right now. But MJ left Sony owning half of Sony, hated Sony never wanted to sell the catalog….everything they did to try and cancel him and wouldn’t work but ultimately he passed and John Branca who is head of the estate, MJ fired before he died because Branca stole millions and put off shore. But the will that family days isn’t legit as when the date was signed he wasn’t in New York, Branca sold catalogs for 850mill, a MJ 7 year contract for 250mill, now selling half of MJs catalog to Sony for 600million his mom tried to stop. The lawyers want there cut. They don’t care about MJs legacy. Still only 2 videos restored to 4k. No Blu-ray’s nothing. Got sued for putting 3 fake Michael Jackson songs on the 2010 Michael album. Forced to take ‘em off. If not for fans they woulda lied and had fake MJ songs out. MJ was offd. Plain and simple. He was a great man, loved people, helped kids, and because he had power and pull with all races, countries, music decisions, they wanted it back. FBI did a 10 year under cover op on MJ….found nothing.

Paul was pissed at MJ when he saw the Beatles song “Revolution” as the theme on a Nike commercial. He said it is a cheap way to make a buck off sneakers and exactly what the song is a protest of. Thats what publishing rights are. The entity that owns the rights to the songs get paid massively by the commercial buyers. The artist that made the song get little or nothing. One of the ways the industry is flawed. These days where there are zero record sales, the only money to be made on the art of recording is sync placement or live performing.

Do you respect Trump for standing up for Micheal Jackson? He also talked about Michael Jackson playing with his kids when they were young. If Trump was a racist why would he allow Michael around his kids and tell people about it on nation TV before he was running for president?
@Hunter96187
@Hunter96187 5 күн бұрын
They try to make into a racial thing but it’s not that it’s about power and money. Why didn’t Paul get his publishing or have any money to buy it later in life? Because of shady dealings with records exec.

If you know anything about this country then you know when it comes to Black people it's ALWAYS about race. History proves that.

It’s about power and money that one ethnicity happens to have the majority of control over in a nation that they are not originally from. 🤔 There’s context behind what they’re saying, and it needs to be acknowledged.

No everybody doesn't have their heads stuck up an 8x accused PDF-FILE's anus to reach such F00Lish conclusions!! if the following “evidence” applied to anyone else, surely YOU will say said person was guilty if said man 1. Was Accused 7 [SEVEN] times of m0l3sting underage boys. 2. L0athed his blackness, to the point that he transformed himself from a good looking brotha to looking like a White Drag Queen. 3. Possessed books depicting boys in the nud3, shared his bed & sleeping quarters with boys, smoked w33d & drank alcohol with teenagers etc... If you think such a man should be defended & is not as wicked as others in this SICK Entertainment industry, then you really need Jesus!!

People get a lot of the publishing purchase of ATV wrong. It can easily be looked up, but mainstream black people are lazy. MJ bought the publishing catalog of AT, which owned some of the Beatles catalog. Actually, the reason MJ even got it is because McCartney only wanted the Beatles publishing and not to he whole catalog. MJ superceded Paul, which was a shrewd business move. Anyway, Sony purchased 50% of ATV in the mid 90s. Part of the purchase was a joint venture. MJ owned 50% of ATV in the 90s. MJ never owned any of Sony's publishing. Even before his death, MJ and Sony were discussing the sale of the rest of ATV because of MJs money issues. MJ wanted his publishing back that Sony had, which the estate ended up getting in 2016. In the end, Sony actually ended up spending more.

I didnt know about the sony thing but i always thought michael was innocent of the child abuse allegations. I truly believe he like being around children because he was a very innocent person and just could not relate to people his own age. He also never to really had a childhood so he liked to live vicariously through making kids happy. Like of course our minds automatically think its super weird for an adult man to hang out with kids but Michael was so painfully shy and awkward, i just dont see him having the capacity to ever hurt anyone, especially a child. Its not going to be a popular opinion after that documentary of course but idk, i still dont believe the stories that were told. I also am not a huge michael jackson fan and im perfectly capable a understanding that a persona is not the actual individual and seemingly good people can be monsters behind closed doors. Thats all said, i just always felt intuitively that this was a smear campaign. Im so glad charla actually said it.

I don’t know if Michael touched those kids, but he did say in a 60 minutes episode that it’s okay to sleep in a bed with other people’s kids, so he earned the weirdo accusations.
@johnwebb2442
@johnwebb2442 6 күн бұрын
He didn't say anything about sleeping in the bed with other kids. That was something that the media came up with to have people believe that he was a pedophile. Even Jordan Chandler, the guy that accused MJ in 1993, came out later and said that MJ didn't molest him.

He actually said the exact opposite in that 60 Minutes episode he said it would be crazy to sleep in the same bed with a kid and then that was backed up by Aaron Carter at the time who said we slept in the same room but he brought out another bed for me to sleep it and mind you Michael Jackson's room is like the size of someone's house

Bro. If you really done your research then you would know there's another version of that doc called "The footage you were never meant to see". He knew somehow the media will try to twist his story and he was right. He had his own filming crew recording the whole thing. The thing about Mike, he was the only one we had evidence of his innocence but some people refuse to look into it.

The Beatles are my heroes. The story of their breakup goes into their deal and why Lennon|McCartney didn’t own their publishing. Paul asked Yoko to go half with him and she told Paul she could get it cheaper and she said she could get it cheaper from Northern Songs. MJ was approached after his concert and he put up the $41m and McCartney didn’t know. It’s a complicated story as to what happened to that band. The greatest band that ever lived - IMO!! I love them so much!! And, today is John Lennon’s birthday!!! 🖤
