I have videos saved from a month ago in lower quality so I’m hoping the issue will be fixed once I catch up. I’m not sure about the image sharpening part but i increased the bitrate by 3x

Yessss I am 100% aware of this and am actively working on improving that. It’s my top priority rn. I definitely notice after I upload but don’t want to bother taking it down. Things were a lot easier when i primarily used lofi music, because I never had to adjust the volume to align with my voice. Sorry about that, and hey if you’ve got recommendations lmk

@@GKey64 recommendation for music no not at all, as it will change the video content from being your production to the taste of people who would suggest. I am happy with what you produce at the moment. Recommendation for audio levelling, I have experience only with two tools : 1. audacity , there is very simple way to normalise all and every type of audio when put together in one single timeline to be normalised to match volumes of various sources of audio being used 2. davinci resolve, there are visual interpretation to all the waveforms of the audio clips (you can expand/resize tracks) you use in there to check visually if you have any issue with audio levels. Both methods have fairly well documented video tutorials available on YT. I think you might already be knowing a lot of this but yeah here it was my two cents to probably help you. Personally I believe that prevention is better than cure what in this case I mean is before rendering, just play the audio ( once in earphones or on speaker ) to just cross check, this can easily be a part of your already ongoing proof reading ( validation) of video which I suppose we all do every time before we press render. If I crossed my line or overstepped I am sorry , if was helpful in any way , as always happy to be of any use to you. Good luck my friend!

ok, I’m going to go through your points one at a time- -i don’t really understand what you mean by the first paragraph, the wording might’ve just confused me a little. Are you suggesting that the background music is ok, but the in game voice (and or video) audio isn’t? -for ‘audacity’ i generally don’t normalize my audio unless i attempt to do it manually, but part of the issue my current recording system is pretty basic and, from what I know, is unable to separate audio tracks (game audio from microphone audio) -I don’t use davinci resolve but might consider trying that out sometime -i actually don’t know as much as you probably think i do, im self taught and never learned to edit professionally, so i know hardly anything about audio balancing because i haven’t looked into it. -it seems like in this paragraph about “prevention”, you’re referring to some more in depth settings regarding audio balancing, such which I’m not very proficient at -you didn’t over do anything, i appreciate any constructive criticism from my comments and I’m glad you let me know some things i can improve on. In general, are you suggesting that i should filter out background audio so viewers can focus on the video more? If so… im hoping im still able to save my keyboard sounds still 😅 people seem to love that part of the audio and i know i do Thanks again!

You can always just use the simple ones & then play them 1-2 times a game. There’s a few really easy ones on ascent for example that are very lenient and easy to remember
