Bring an extra rf code c4 to block upgrades

** make sure your extra c4 is set to a seperate code*
C4 & satchel will mark the BuildingBlock it lands on as "damaged" when it sticks to it (but deal no damage until it blows up)
prevents players from upgrading building block in the 10 seconds before C4 blows up

I thought it only blocks it for 30s after being attached to the wall. That's what it said in the dev block. So it's like shooting a wall. Also I find this to be a dumb change. If you act quick enough you sould be able to upgrade. It's the raiders fault for not shooting the wall first

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand the storm on Area 51. The tactic is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical warfare, most of the memes will go over a typical viewer's head.
