I think he doesn't consider season 5 as part of the cannon somehow. You're right he died in Vietnam after being shot and that was in season 4.

Yeah but in Rambo 2 He must have killed a 100 dudes by himself easily, and shit in the last Rambo film, he was cutting dudes in half with his giant machine gun,but yeah only one dude got killed in the original film, though I wish he would have killed the sherrif that dude was a real dickhead, maybe someone will make a comic or something Rambo meets the A-Team, Troutman can be an old war buddy of Hannibal's
