It is Polish lighter. ZKM PW is Zakłady Konstrukcyjno-Mechanizacyjne Przemysłu Węglowego. It means "Construction and Mechanization Plants of the Coal Industry". So, this lighter looks like miner's lamp.

Zakłady Konstrukcyjno-Mechanizacyjne Przemysłu Węglowego ( ZKMPW ) - a former state research and development unit based in Gliwice, Poland. The establishment of ZKMPW created the opportunity to develop research and construction facilities for underground coal mining. In parallel with the construction activities, scientific and research work was carried out in the field of mechanization, electrification and automation of mining. The covered red light lantern would then be the symbol for coal mining.

I very much appreciate the restoration of old antique gadgets. Your work is excellent, and sometimes I find that leaving a few nicks and imperfections can add character to the "oldness' of the item. It takes many decades to build that fine patina, and sometimes it is a nod to the authenticity to keep a few for the visual imperfection that makes it "perfect". A good tip. When opening an s hook (the part that broke) close the jaws of the wire cutters in the narrow gap. That would widen the gap or provide a good leverage for prying the gap wider.

Beautyfull result, but this is not the model of a Lighthouse, it is the model of a Miner's lamp. The hook on top was made, to hang the lamp in a coal mine of a gold mine.
