It's not bad but I prefer Sam's. Interesting how the Animals' version really leans on that 7th chord the 2nd time they hit the C in the verses. I like it. In Sam's version I think it's only the vocals that hit that 7th (Bb) note. Interesting difference...

Great lesson format and subbed. However, I respectfully disagree with the intro because it's too weak for a blues song. I do it on the bass strings. Sooo much better 👍

Totally get that. I lean towards more lighter sounding stuff a bit because it gives you more headroom to build up to later in the song, but that's just me. I'd like to hear the lower string version!
