Jack used to be a police officer And he is now back to being one as well. So when him and Phil first met And they became enemies he would’ve looked up his criminal record And personal info so he would’ve seen that Phil has a brother, back in 2007 not long Jack first arrived during a pool game with Phil they were talking about family and he asked Phil if he missed Grant so he would’ve done a bit of digging about
