Welcome to my channel! It's been a long time coming. I'm finally ready to share with you my latest creation, the Cozyleigh Zen Magsafe Charger Stand, releasing on August 18th, 8PM EST in our upcoming Summer Sale! 🏝️☀️☁️
I come from a digital design & software engineering background, so welcoming in the challenge of designing for the physical world has been a lot of fun. It's what I've devoted my time towards in the year of 2023. I'm excited to share with you a high-level overview of my journey creating this product with my family, from ideation to creation. 💡

Maisy Leigh, just as a suggestion it would be cool if it allowed you to run your charging cord through some sort of grooves to hold it to the shape of the stand. Maybe Ver.1.5?

It’s funny that you posted about this! I was inspired by your studio to try and create my own products with 3D printing. Today I spent attempting to print my tape dispenser multiple times and keep running into small design issues here and there. You’re right it takes a lot of time and iterations to get things right.

There are steps in Mechanical Product development called DFM and Design Reviews etc, that will ensure that your charging cable goes through the slot in first go. this is called -do it right first time. good design BTW.

Hello! Great video and excellent product. The only thing I believe is that it would be good for you to adopt a more thorough product control discipline. An example is with iterations: It's fine to iterate to find the right weight or magnet, but while doing X amount of these, you could have also addressed the camera and cable problem simultaneously. It's excellent to tackle one problem at a time, but both for you and for people following your process, it would save time and prototyping costs. For example: If you notice the cable doesn't fit through the hole, also check the magnets and if the cameras don't interfere, don't immediately toss the product and go back to the computer to solve just the cable problem.

Hi! Very cool video. It is always interesting to see the whole process. The Zen Charger Stand looks awesome! However, I'm an Android user so no Magsafe for us...
