My sister in law had 2 c-sections. One thing that really really really helped her that she wished she had known with the first one is the pain medicine that gave her made her constipated. Every time she would take a medicine she would either take a laxative or stool softener. When she had the twins she healed so much faster doing that than she did with one. Congratulations!!

The third c-seation was rough for me (had 4 in total). Self care makes it go a lot smoother. So, when you can fit in a pedicure or just a long shower take advantage. You guys got this!

It’s so cool! I’ve watched you guys since Ollie was little. I have an8&6 year old boy and a 1 year old girl all c sections and I too sat in the front with our 3rd. My last section was so much harder then the others. I hope you guys are recovering well!😊
