tsukuyomi is a highly slept on solo assassin imo. outpressures and counters some typical solo lane bullies like belona, and you can build him either full damage or tank/hybrid. controls team fights well with his shurikens and new bountiful bow/tiki buff low cooldowns makes him very annoying to play against

Personally not a fan of the full damage solo meta right now. Or this season in general. The enemy solo is unkillable and destroys anyone on my team and my solo is useless and not even tanky or peeling for anyone now.
