I think archaeopteryx (or micro rapter) is a good choice for that area. It suits the small flying dinosaurs for that space. One thing I think you could do that would really sell the space would be to install implied doors on the solid wall. These would lead to housing or other access within the main classroom/office facility building. There could be some feeding or medical access for the animals in there, all implied by the appropriately sized animal doors on the walls. If you want to decorate more of the building, there are some museum dioramas I've seen on the workshop, but even some implied terrariums would be a good way to suggest that maybe there are some extinct lizards, rodents, insects, and other similarly sized fauna that have been brought back to life alongside the large dinosaurs and mammals of the game.

Not a bad suggestion about the doors! And to your point, I may end up using some stuff from the workshop, but if I do I’ll end up showing you all how I make the “donation” plaques haha.
