I guess now in Japan variant there is no camera shutter sound as long as you are not in Japan. Just like how facetime works in India on UAE(TRA) variant phones. Apple fixed this with an update in IOS 15.

Better to buy it from Noon or Amazon. You can also buy from the local Bur Dubai or Al Ain Center Dubai market where it is available much cheaper and you get the warranty directly from Apple..
