Great reaction. This video was from January 2015 at the Saitama Super Arena. Su-metal was 17, Yuimetal and Moametal only 15 and that was over 20,000 people completely under their control. Even at that age Su just looks at the crowd, spreads her arms and the crowd opens up for a wall of death (actually several walls of death at that concert as the crowd were in sections. A journalist up in the balcony that night said he counted, I think it was, 21 mosh pits). This was also the end of a 90 minute concert - they had been keeping that same energy up without any drop in quality for the whole time. It is what they do - they appreciate people have often paid a lot of money and travelled a long way to see them, they never give anything less than 100% for every song at every concert, whether that is one of their big arena concerts in Japan or at the many various sized venues as they tour the world. About the song itself - 'Road of Resistance' is a very positive song, it isn't the usual "resist the machine or the system etc" that we might expect from the title. It is about forging your own road even where a road doesn't already exist, not necessarily going the easy way (ie the path of least resistance) or following the path already made by somebody else, so if the way you want to go has never been trodden you may have to get past the resistance of the undergrowth, obstacles, hurdles and things blocking your way etc to find your own way. It could easily be used to describe BABYMETAL's own story - they could have followed the well trodden path of J-Pop and been very successful, but they chose to go with Metal ... but again they didn't just follow the same old format of every other metal band, they have done it their own way and it hasn't always been an easy road to follow. You remembered right, Herman Li and Sam Totman from DragonForce did the guitar arrangements for this song (it is the only one they were involved in) and recorded the guitars for the album version. They even played it together at an awards show in London later that year. You won't get a full concert up on YT unfortunately ... and if you could you would be spoiled for choice, they've done so many incredible concerts. Whatever you choose to finish off your current deep dive with BABYMETAL (and feel free to do another one as soon as you like) will be worth seeing.

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。(BABYMETAL will return to USA from Nov. through Dec. and perform 18 shows at 15 venues. You can jump into the pits there. 😄) The crowd involvement (circle pit, call & response, chant etc.) occurs wherever they go on this planet. This anthemic song was played in their almost every show (either in their headline or in huge festival) The audience reaction is always similar to it in this video. In your video, Su shouted some words at 10:14 meaning "Bring them on!". Fans analyzed that the provocative shout was thrown at people who had been ignoring, underrating, mocking, hating and even trying to discredit BABYMETAL. That shout may have been necessary in 2015 but not any longer. She has shouted it occasionally since then and when she does, it is with her friendly smile and matured mild voice that I love 😄

5:48 _Now Pizza time (Pizza time!)_ 🦊🤘🍕 Welcome back to the Foxhole. Nice to see you're back with this suggestion to follow your BM journey, just like here it was the ender for almost every show at the World Tour 2023/2024 and everyone loved to have fun with this one such recently at the Europe Tour and prior to that at Sick New World Festival in Las Vegas, they did a fun interview about it and you can see they were excited with Slipknot returns, another band BM producer loves) they were very supportive during early era or Metal Resistance chapter, also they played at San Francisco as part of the Babyklok Tour along with Dethklok and DragonForce were there playing too, another supportive band since BM beginning career and also involved in the album version of this song as well some live collabs together around those years. You can enjoy full live show such this one but is heavily blocked, so highly suggest to do that on another platform. "Road Of Resistance" is a power/speed metal song, it's one of their most epic anthems and the album version got the guitar arrangements made by Sam Totman and Herman Li from DragonForce. It's all about facing your own path without looking back. This was part of the Trilogy Of 2015, live at New Year Fox Festival - Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, by this time their fame was already high due to viral success on YT of Gimme Chocolate! MV, people from all over the world attended this live concert in Japan, and 20K souls witnessed this epic moment. With only 15 and 17 years old this moment will be forever remember when they're performing this song to reminds them all the support they got from their fans no matter where they go, either a small or big stages. The Kami Band here are real and magnificent set of elite musicians, they were sent to help the girls with the metal sound, they rotate so probably you won't see some of them in all live concerts (especially the guitarists). They are: - Leda Cygnus, god of guitar, he's the only Kami Band member who's credited as a session musician when recording some albums. - Takayoshi Ohmura, god of guitar, he's Míkio' Fujioka's pupil (another beloved Kami Band guitarist who sadly passed away) and a prodigy child, you'll see his recognizable pink guitar. - BOH, god of bass, he's the bald one and not only got amazing talent but his fun way to enjoy reminds me Flea from RHCP. - Hideki Aoyama, god of drums, comes from a family of expert drummers, and his father was very famous in Japanese music scene. At the end of their shows they always said "We are BabyMetal!" with the crowd, to make them sure that they're part of this show and project too, is a line borrowed from X-Japan saying it at live concerts too. Next suggestion: - Karate live at Download Festival 2016 or official MV. See you next time 🦊🤘🔥

Great reaction, thanks! Yes this was the grand finale of an epic show. Over 90 minutes all performed with this energy. And it's crazy. For a full accelerated BABYMETAL viewing you need to watch these shows (although it's not a good idea to react to full concerts on YT, but I left them here as a reference): - Tokyo Dome 2016 (Red & Black Night) - Legend Metal Galaxy 2020 (Day 1 & 2) - BABYMETAL Begins 2023 (Black & Clear Night) Also you may like to do a guide to know about them. They are very unique in many ways and I think it's worth it. There is a good one on the channel A Fox Song called "The 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘰 Extensive Guide to BABYMETAL (April 1st 2024)". 🤘🦊

⚡ 💀 💕 / 🏴 🏴 🏴 "Stand up and shout, Shout!, Justice Forever!" - (Road of Resistance) - Takayoshi Ohmura was playing one of his ESP Snapper 7 guitars, in twinkle pink. It's one of his signature models. BOH was playing a six string Atelier Z, his signature custom bass. Reacting to a whole BABYMETAL concert on KZbin would really be tempting the copyright gods. Looks like other commenters have suggested the live version of 'Monochrome' from PIA Arena. That's a great choice.

You can probably tell now why this vid didn’t do well in the polls. It’s amazing but with Dragonforces contribution it shouldn’t be a persons first blind BM experience. Just recently a blind reactor was pushed to watch this as their first vid and they thought Babymetal was ripping off Dragonforce and got into a fight with the community that they’re still recovering from.

one of the reason the label is notorious about their live videos, is because they release live recording dvd's of their concerts you'll find a bunch full live concert from the suggestions bellow from 'the one'

Thanks for this reaction Fenrirock. Man, hope you are feeling better/in a better situation soon. Please react to: Babymetal Akatsuki at Budokan Black Night 2014 - she has a cape ! 🙂 If you want to do a concert: Legend 1997 is easy to react to, least likely to get blocked. I was in such a wall of death followed by a moshpit only a dew days ago, Babymetal was playing at a general music festival, we fans were happy we were able to create a pretty big pit for such a generic music festival ! A 3 day festival and Babymetal was 1 of 3 maybe 5 bands who were metal. And some would say Babymetal isn't metal. So you can imagine the kind of audience. 7:58 open, but stopped to join the sing along. You can buy the pink guitar: ESP SNAPPER Takayoshi Ohmura Custom -Twinkle Pink Rosewood fretboard At a lot of Babymetal shows these pits are circle pits instead of moshpits, Babymetal fans are very kind. Yes, so much a closing song, that it's a top 3 performed song. PS 1:51 every country/culture sucks in their own ways, but it always seems to US prides itself far to much and thus forgets to learn about the rest of the world. That said, the running joke is: the US is the richest third world country in the world (because of how healthcare is organized and how many homeless people the US has and gun violence and not to forget the huge gap between rich and poor and how hard it is for poor people to move up now, the American Dream is dead and more alive in for example Europe, the statistic is called: social mobility, it has gone down in the US and in Europe, but the US it went down so hard that it surpassed Europe).

Nice, this is definitely an amazing song signifying Babymetal’s path of resistance, criticisms, and challenges they faced on their journey to success. Definitely a staple show closer. However, you’re not wrong wither at the beginning, they have used this as an opener too. This show is “Legend 2015, New Year Fox Festival” from Jan 2015. While it would be cool to see a full concert reaction, it will never pass KZbin copyrights, guaranteed lol. If you’re interested in learning more about Babymetal, there is a great guide out there: “A Not So Extensive Guide to Babymetal”, and is up to date as of Apr 2024. Also, you should check out some of there newer performances. They were 17/15 in this show, but now 26/24. Big difference! 🤘🦊
