Robert, you missed the difference in floor plans on the 2900...it is the same as the 3100 from the door into the living room and kitchen but is different upstairs. Bed is north to south and the bathroom is actually bigger. They are a new manufacturer. These models came out this year. Gorgeous units. The owners were all in upper management for other major brands and want to design units minus known problems in the industry.

You'd like the 3610, Robert. That middle bunk room has a dedicated office desk that you can use the TV as a 2nd computer monitor.

The Model Zs have another storage compartment in the back as well. The 3100 is the sweet spot because it has the washer/dryer hookups in the bedroom.

If you haven't had a complete walk through with a rep, you need to do it. Brinkleys are not like other 5th wheels.
