Have you heard of or tried the Brio? What do you use to maintain your facial hair?
@LordStanley942 жыл бұрын
Have the Brio. Great tool. Can you tell me whether it is relevant at what length the base is when you attach the attachment to the trimmer. And, yes, getting the attachment connected at first is a bit cumbersome. But, nothing that effects the awesomeness of the trimmer itself. Thank you for your review. Very helpful.

No, there's no relevance when attaching the clip guard. I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Cheers!!
@aaronpearson17442 жыл бұрын
@@LordStanley94 yes, it is relevant. The length you'll get is the guard length + the adjustment length.

@@LordStanley94 No problem. I just got the pro set, it came with a piece of paper showing the guard/adjustment combinations to get certain lengths, so that's how I know. It's worth mentioning that the adjustment doesn't affect the zero blade attachment if you have that. It'll always cut at the same length, which I believe is 0.2mm

The best beard grooming video that I have watched so far. Thank you for a detailed explanation of technique + progression of guard sizes. Concise and to-the-point.

I have used the Brio for awhile. Best total grooming tool. I always trim my beard going up instead of down. I’m gonna try downwards tomorrow. I’ll let you know what I think. Thanks for the video.
@Everydaygentleman4 жыл бұрын
It just depends on what you like. Upward makes a much more uniform look while downward gives it a bit more natural feel. Let me know what you think after you try it.

Everyday gentleman I trimmed my beard as you demonstrated in this video. It took a few extra minutes. I like the way it turned out, I will make a final decision based on how it holds up this week. I tend to have lots of stray whiskers that I have to trim every day. So we’ll see which worked better.

Would the Brio Beardscape be a good choice for dedicated beard stubble trimming? I currently have a ConAir SuperStubble trimmer. I use the 0.8mm to 1.4mm settings to maintain my short stubble and the base blade (0.2mm) to trim side burns and cheek/neck detailing lineups. It’s just an okay trimmer. I use a disposable Gillette Mach3 once in a while for super tight detailing. With the Brio Beardscape, I could use the integrated 1.0 to 1.9 mm blade height adjustment (I would use 1.0mm or 1.3mm) on my entire face or the 1mm guard. And purchase the zero blade for detailing. Would this be a good combo for me? Thoughts?

I think it's perfect no matter your particular type of beard. I will say though that for my line I use a straight razor to get the cleanest cut. But the Zero Blade is good if you don't have time to shave.
@Adamas113 жыл бұрын
@@Everydaygentleman I use a Gillette Mach3 cartridge for clean lines a few times a week. You are right, the zero blade will be great for quick line ups.

What are the different speeds for? What's the benefit? Also whats the point of moving the blade up and down?

What if I want to, shave my stubble with a length of 2.5 mm, can the Brio do that?

Shouldn't be an issue

How do you attach the zero blade?? I'm going crazy, haha
@Everydaygentleman3 жыл бұрын
Pretty much just pull off the sliding blade from the cutting side. Then when you insert the zero, start with the back section and then clip into place.
@francesco05082 жыл бұрын
Bahahahaha what are you new have you figured it out yet I felt the same way when I got the zero blade then I felt stupid after I figured it out best damn razor I ever owned and you have to have the zero blade nothing has ever cut that close before

Hello Robert, Great video. Thank you for sharing. One question how often should we trim our beard? Please let me know. I have the brio beard scape tool. Thank you, Alex

It all depends on what you are looking to do. My current routine has me doing it at least once every other week but I usually do it weekly.

Which guards would I use to blend my beard similar to a six o'clock shadow? I got a straight razor and for my cheek and necklines. I am now going to rewatch and retry my beard. Can you hold the brio in the opposite direction?
