Brioche Biscocho - Home Made | Simple

Biscocho is a popular baked-bread associated with the province of Iloilo City in the Philippines, however, there exist lots of variants in the whole country. This is my own simplified quick version with surprising results. The brioche offered the crunchiness but friendlier to the teeth. The original double-bake technique sometimes leaves the bread a bit tough.

looks yum!!! there's also a version with garlic they call garlic biscocho. still has the sweetness of a biscocho but with a garlicky taste. very good with coffee.
