Happy New Year!🎆. I tried that shampoo and conditioner earlier this year and didn’t like it either, but love the Don’t Despair Deep Conditioner.

I like the shampoo for my scalp. Since I have a sensitive scalp, this shampoo was to me, more soothing. I didn’t care to much for the rinse out conditioner. The spray leave in conditioner is really good, I just don’t like how small it is. If I were to repurchase anything from this oat & aloe collection, it would be the shampoo. Who knows, I may revisit the conditioner down the road.

Thanks for sharing Rae! I'm enjoying Briogeo's micro-exfoliating shampoo and don't despair deep conditioner (it's in my hair now). But like you, I'm only going to repurchase on sale. I pretty much never buy hair products full price-perks of having a stash right? You're always covered until there's a deal! I'll look out for that avocado kiwi deep conditioner sometime, too.

Happy New Year! I am glad for the review. It is good to know which of their products may work on type 4 hair. I know your hair loves avocado -based products, so does mine. @@NaturalRaeRae I am sure I will love it! I read the ingredients and they were all agreeable with me and my hair. I think I have found that I do not tolerate products with coconut oil or coconut product in them. It seems to dry out my hair. My hair loves products with avocado. I will let you know how I like the avocado mask. Thanks for letting us know of the sale!

That deep conditioner is Top 5 for me. I think you might like it more if you use it behind a cowash or a better shampoo. I noticed a drying shampoo can mess up my entire washday.

I had the same experience with this shampoo, it was more clarifying and tangled my hair as well! I liked the conditioner but I finished it too quickly to justify the price. The leave in detangler was ok, it worked fine for me but I finished that pretty quickly as well. I think because it was a spray product I thought I would need more product compared to using a cream.

The conditioner is a staple for me. It's the best for my 4c hi porosity hair. Thankfully I get about 7 uses.

I thought those oat products were bad too, shampoo is truly stripping and the conditioner doesn't do much like you said, they have a spray in that line which I actually did like though, but as a refresher, and its too expensive to repurchase as a refresher.

Ugh i’m so disappointed right now😣 I’ve just looked these products up and i was planning to give them a try because I thought they would be good for my dry and damaged hair, also they don’t contain any heavy ingredients like oils and butters which’s what i’m looking for for my low porosity hair. I’m just so tired of searching for good hair care products I’m about to give up😩
