2 things....I prefer Richard's over Savoie's because it has a little more of that liver/gizzard flavor that I prefer in dirty rice and (2) I need a jar of that brisket tallow in my life! Lol. Good recipe, very similar to how I make mine. Some notes: I'm stealing that beef broth infused rice technique. Very cool. We never have leftover brisket at my house...maybe work on your recipe? Lol. Hoping for more side dish recipes (love me some sides). Dear God I hope the jokes get better. Wishing y'all a Happy Thanksgiving Cruse.
