I like ur recipies but my process is opposite n takes less time n less ghee. put grated gazar in milk n when cooked then add ghee n dry fruits; simple .no need to add ghee before n fry, that way you end up adding too much ghee n takes longer to cook.

हम भी हमेशा traditional तरीके से ही बनाते हैं 😊 और इसके जैसा स्वाद किसी और तरीके से नहीं आता .....बाकी तरीके मे उबला😅😅 हुआ स्वाद आता है हम तो मूंग दाल का हलवा भी traditional way मे बनाते हैं तभी असली स्वाद आता है, मैंने yt के तरीके से बनाया तो हमारे घर में सभी को स्वाद मे कमी लगी वो बोले कि तुम अपने तरीके से बनाओ वही बेस्ट है 🎉....क्यूँकी you tube की कुछ short cut dishes देखने बस मे अच्छी लगती हैं स्वाद का पता तो बनाने के बाद ही पता चलता है 😅
