Hi ma Boiled rice 3 cup :: raw rice 1 cup washed and soaked for 4 hours and above. Urudhdall 1/2 cup , Fenugreek seed 1 spoon washed soaked . First grind urudh Dall batter in fluffy.then grind soaked rice .rice and dhall batter add together mix it well rest for 8 hours fermentation. Time of cooking add salt and little baking soda now batter ready it's for idly,dosa,and that kuzhi paniyaram. From Tamil Nadu ma
