Very good recipe. This achar has to be kept in फ्रीज or outside? Oil added in last is heated and cooled or simply cold? Please reply.

Hei dear, my achhar turned out too tasty...... 250 gm amla se banaya thaa,... Adhi to khatam ho gayi.... Ab 1 kg se banaungi.... So tasty, and so simple... Our amla hei to lagta hei ke kuch achha khayaa
